How pairs travel

Short version: your pair ships from our retail partner, not from us, so everything about the journey is decided and displayed on their site at checkout.

Who moves the box

When you press the buy button on any pair here, you land on our retail partner’s listing for that exact style. From there it is their machine: their warehouses, their carriers, their delivery estimates. We make the sunglasses; they are the ones with the planes.

Why there is no rate table here

Because we would be guessing. Shipping cost and speed depend on your address, your account with the partner, and options they show you at checkout, none of which this site can see. A table here would either be wrong or would go stale the week we published it. The accurate numbers appear on the partner’s checkout page before you pay, which is the only place they can be accurate.

Tracking

Lives with your order, in your account at the partner. You will get their standard notifications, and the order page there shows the carrier and the current scan. We never receive tracking data, so writing to us about a package in transit gets you sympathy but no information.

Coverage

Wherever the partner delivers, which for our range means the United States as standard and whatever their international options show you at checkout for your address.

Prices on this site

Every price on this catalogue is the product price we saw at our last check. It never includes delivery, and it can have moved by the time you reach the partner. Treat our number as the orientation and their checkout as the contract.

The one thing to double-check

Multipacks. Make sure the listing you land on matches the pack size you meant to buy; a single and its three-pack sibling are separate listings, and the delivery estimate can differ between them.
