Before you buy

This is where we are most useful. Which lens width, whether a frame runs small, what is actually in a specific three-pack, whether the film on a given style is polarized or plain tint. If the answer is missing from a product page, tell us; we treat that as a page bug and fix the page, not just your email.

After you buy

Checkout, payment, delivery and returns all run on our retail partner’s site, which means questions about a placed order can only be answered there. Where is my package, how do I start a return, why was my card charged this way: all of that lives in the partner account you ordered with. We cannot see into it, and honestly you would not want a sunglasses maker who could.

What we can still do after a purchase

Anything about the product in your hands. A marking you cannot decode, a lens behaving unexpectedly, a part that does not look like our photos. Send a picture and the name of the pair, and we will tell you what you are looking at. If the pair needs to go back, we will point you to the right door, but the door itself is the partner’s.

Press and everything else

Writers, photographers and anyone who wants frames in a shoot: same address, put PRESS in the subject line and it gets routed past the queue. We do not run a wholesale program through this site.
